About

My name is Bart Fish. I'm a customer-obsessed fractional CMO, creative director & advisor. I solve high-impact, complex problems.

I’ve worked with hundreds of agencies, brands and founders, in-house and as a consultant. From marketing and design to working directly with C-suite leaders. This gives me a unique perspective on what it takes for companies to succeed.

Most recently, I worked with Purdue University (the only higher ed institution on Fast Co’s Brands that Matter list) and one of the fastest growing B2B SaaS juggernauts, Gong. From re-thinking a prospective student’s digital journey to optimizing Gong’s ad creative to be high performing across 10 digital programs – I solve complex, high impact problems.

I also spent 3+ years at Diggs as their Head of Marketing during its explosive growth period. I took them from a Kickstarter pet brand to a category leader, with successful launches on Amazon, Chewy and in-store at Petco's nationwide. I built, hired and led marketing, creative and customer service teams at Diggs and coached them to record revenue, MER and CAC metrics.

Prior to Diggs, I spent 10 years on the agency side, developing award-winning campaigns, websites and brands. I led a national marketing campaign that resulted in Airstream’s largest sales month in its history. I also helped a heritage paint brand reimagine their brand, and a storied luxury boat brand revitalize their digital presence.

I’ve built my career on relationships, connecting and creating opportunities for talent. In the process I’ve built a large network of incredibly talented people with like-minded values. I’m also adept at finding rockstar talent to inject into teams and have an uncanny ability to inspire, lead and contribute to a purpose-driven culture.

I have been featured on The Dieline, in PRINT magazine, on Under Consideration, in a WGSN Trend Report and published on MarketingProfs.com.
