Context:
Gong needed creative leadership to aggressively test new ad themes, improve performance and launch new products. I was in charge of Gong's ad creative, from copywriting to visual design. I challenged existing assumptions, pushed for testing and iteration and helped Gong outperform benchmarks for CTR, CPL and engagement (by 2-3x).

In a 2023 quarterly performance report, LinkedIn described my work for Gong as "Best-in-class."
