High-performing Linkedin ads
I designed 40% of Gong's top ads of 2022, despite only working with them for half the year. I also created an entirely new ad theme that quickly become a top performer.
I wrote copy, and often suggested new headlines and sub-heads. I created illustrations, explored new layouts and assisted in conceptual brainstorming.

Writing better headlines
Early on, I noticed many Gong headlines followed a Steven Covey inspired framework. They are clever but tend to be wordy. I had a hunch that simplifying them would make the ads easier to scan. I also brought in key data points into a sub-head.
These all became top performing, copy-driven LInkedIn ads.
Start with words
When possible, I concept copy for campaigns, writing headlines, suggesting possible visual directions and sometimes write the entire LinkedIn ad.
